Quail EgQuail Egg Jangjorim (Braised Quail Egg)Ingredients:Dasoon Quail Eggs (15 eggs)1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup water4 tbsp sugar1 tbsp minced garlic2 tbsp rice wine1 chili pepper (optional)Instructions:In a saucepan, mix together the soy sauce, water, sugar, garlic, and rice wine. Bring to a boil.Add in the quail eggs and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.When you have about 5 minutes left, add in a chopped chili for extra spice.Serve with rice.
