Quail EgQuail Egg Jangjorim (Braised Quail Egg)
Ingredients:
  • Dasoon Quail Eggs (15 eggs)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp rice wine
  • 1 chili pepper (optional)
Instructions:
  1. In a saucepan, mix together the soy sauce, water, sugar, garlic, and rice wine. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add in the quail eggs and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. When you have about 5 minutes left, add in a chopped chili for extra spice.
  4. Serve with rice.
