Gyeranmari (Rolled Omelette)Ingredients:5 eggs, whisked1/2 tsp salt1 carrot, finely diced1 tbsp neutral cooking oilInstructions:Preheat a skillet on medium heat, then add oil.Pour in just enough of the egg mixture to coat the surface.Once the bottom is set, start rolling the omelette from one side.When you reach the end, push the omelette to one side. Pour in more egg to extend the omelette, then keep rolling.Slice into bite sized pieces and serve with ketchup or any dipping sauce of choice.Notes:Feel free to mix in more veggies. You can add broccoli, green onion, bell pepper, etc.Add additional toppings such as cheese, tuna flakes, furikake, etc.The shape will turn out best with a rectangular pan.
