Ganjang Gyeranbap (Soy Sauce Egg Rice)
Ingredients:
  • 1 bowl cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp neutral cooking oil
  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Add oil to a heated skillet, then stir fry the green onion until the oil is fragrant.
  2. Crack in 2 eggs, then drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook until the egg is your desired consistency.
  3. Add butter to a hot bowl of rice, then top with the cooked eggs.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and optional seaweed flakes.
  5. Mix well and enjoy!
