Ingredients:
Dasoon Cooked Quail Eggs 1 pack Bobomoments Chicken Satay sausage 2 eggs (whisk in a bowl) 3/4 cups Flour (in a bowl) 3/4 cups Panko (in a bowl) Vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Remove sausage casings/skin (casings/skin don’t throw can be use to cook fried rice) 2. Mince the sausage meat (set aside) 3. Pat 1 portion of sausage into a thin patty over your palm and lay 1 quail egg on top & wrapped sausage around, enclosed it 4. Dip egg into the flour 5. Dip egg into the egg wash 6. Roll egg into the bread crumbs 7. Repeat steps 4-6 for the rest of the sausages 8. Pre-heat Deep Fryer 190deg 9. Fry eggs, turning occasionally, cook until sausage is cooked through and breading is golden brown and crisp (around 4-5mins) 10. Transfer eggs to paper towels to drain oil 11. Done! Serve it warm, Bon Appetite
