Quail EgQuail Egg Jangjorim (Braised Quail Egg)
Ingredients:
- Dasoon Quail Eggs (15 eggs)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 chili pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, mix together the soy sauce, water, sugar, garlic, and rice wine. Bring to a boil.
- Add in the quail eggs and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When you have about 5 minutes left, add in a chopped chili for extra spice.
- Serve with rice.
