Gyeranmari (Rolled Omelette)
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs, whisked
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 carrot, finely diced
- 1 tbsp neutral cooking oil
Instructions:
- Preheat a skillet on medium heat, then add oil.
- Pour in just enough of the egg mixture to coat the surface.
- Once the bottom is set, start rolling the omelette from one side.
- When you reach the end, push the omelette to one side. Pour in more egg to extend the omelette, then keep rolling.
- Slice into bite sized pieces and serve with ketchup or any dipping sauce of choice.
Notes:
- Feel free to mix in more veggies. You can add broccoli, green onion, bell pepper, etc.
- Add additional toppings such as cheese, tuna flakes, furikake, etc.
- The shape will turn out best with a rectangular pan.
