Ganjang Gyeranbap (Soy Sauce Egg Rice)
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp neutral cooking oil
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- Add oil to a heated skillet, then stir fry the green onion until the oil is fragrant.
- Crack in 2 eggs, then drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook until the egg is your desired consistency.
- Add butter to a hot bowl of rice, then top with the cooked eggs.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and optional seaweed flakes.
- Mix well and enjoy!
